Bringing happiness on the face of the homebuyer, MHADA will lottery 1,194 houses, before Diwali. The Chairman of MHADA announced this on September 28. It also said that 103 commercial galas to be set up for the lottery.

However it was seen that MHADA homes were getting costlier, but this time it has kept at affordable rates, a source said.

Amongst the 1,194 flats, 480 have been reserved for EWS whereas 293 houses have been reserved for LIG.

Following is the table of houses under the lottery scheme.

Last year, there were 891 homes, 338 houses of MHADA were on offer for the HIV group; This year, two have been identified at Pantnagar in Ghatkopar.

According to the report, there are four broad divisions based on MHADA’s income – economically weaker sections (which earn less than 25,000 / month); Lower Ayyakam Group (between Rs 25,001 to Rs 50,000); Medium income group (yielded between Rs. 50,001 and Rs. 75,000); And to meet the needs of different sections of society, HIG (earning more than Rs. 75,000 per month)

Mhada to get Mumbai’s Diwali gift before Diwali MHADA chief Uday Samant on Friday announced that the lottery will be completed for the 1,194 houses in the MHADA Board before Diwali. Although the lottery will be removed in October, the date is yet to be fixed.

Process and required documents for Property Registration

  • Documents that are to be registered will have to be deposited in the office of the Sub Registrar. Keep in mind that documents in the area where the property is located will be deposited in the sub-registrar’s office. To register the documents, the customer and the seller must be present with two witnesses.
    Both parties must have their own ID proof. The documents which are valid for this are the Aadhar card, PAN card or any identity card issued by the government. If both the signers are representing someone they have full power.
  • If any company is a party in any agreement, then the person representing it must have a necessary copy of the necessary document such as Power of Attorney / Letter of Attorney, Board of Company’s Resolution, so that it can complete the registration process.
  • In addition to payment of stamp duty and real documents, you also need to show property card in sub-registrar office. Prior to registration of documents, the sub-registrar will check whether the stamp duty has been paid according to fixed rates. If there is any disturbance in the stamp duty payment, the sub-registrar can refuse to register the document.

Deadline and fees for Property Registration

  • Documents, which are mandatory to be registered, should be deposited with fixed fees within four months of execution. If the time limit elapses, you can file an application in the sub-registrar’s office and apologize for the delay within the next 4 months.
  • A registrar can register documents by fines (which can be 10 times the actual registration fee). The property registration fee can be 1 percent of the property.
  • The documents you were given for the first registration were given after 6 months. But after the computer comes to the sub-registrar offices, you are returned by scanning the documents the same day

Step 1

  • Log on to the MHADA Lottery Official website.
  • create a username and Strong password, Fill the information in a form like family income, PAN card number, birth date, business, marital status, gender, residential address, own mobile number, etc.
  • Ensure that the mobile number you submit is in a working condition because it will be used for future reference.

Step 2

  • You have to select MHADA lottery and type your personal details such as income group, reservation category and type of applicant.
  • You also need to enter the scheme code. Which you can find online or in the brochure contract available. The scheme code originally refers to the place that you have shortlists.

Step 4
